The Premise.
CleverHub is the AI smart-home system Houston has been waiting on — a glossy black sphere on the counter, four satellites in the rooms, voice you don't have to repeat. We'd rather pay the people who already know our buyer than spend it on cold ads.
If you sell, design, build, or manage homes, every conversation you have already touches our customer. Refer them in — we close, install, and support; you take the greater of $250 or ten percent of the sale per home, with no quota, no minimum, and no exclusivity contract to sign.

Three movements.
Apply, share, earn — the entire program is three steps. Anything longer than that we consider an inconvenience to you.
Movement 2 · Share
Receive a private referral handle.
On approval you receive a personal six-character code and a tracked link. Hand it to clients, place it in proposals, set it in your email signature.
Movement 3 · Earn
Two-fifty, or ten percent.
When your referral becomes a paying CleverHub customer, you receive the greater of $250 or 10% of the sale. Choose Stripe for automatic transfers, or take your payout by check or Zelle.

The Builder
Bundle CleverHub into renovation quotes or pre-wire during the framing stage — the highest-margin upgrade you can include in a build packet.
The Property Manager
Reduce service tickets and turnover friction. Tenants get voice-controlled comfort; you get a portfolio that markets itself in vacancy listings.

Common inquiries.
You earn the greater of $250 or 10% of the sale price for every referral that converts to a paid CleverHub customer. On a base install your floor is $250; on multi-room and builder packages the 10% rate kicks in. No cap on earnings — refer as many clients as you want.
Whichever pays you more. CleverHub starts at $2,500, so on the base hub the two are equal at $250. On larger configurations — full-home installs, multi-property bundles, builder packages — 10% beats the floor and the larger figure is what you receive.
Payouts are processed after the referred customer's order is confirmed. You can choose manual payout (Zelle, PayPal, or check) or set up automatic Stripe transfers.
Referral cookies persist for 30 days. If someone clicks your link and schedules a consultation within 30 days, you get the credit — even if they don't buy immediately.
No. The affiliate program is open to anyone in a relevant profession. Having firsthand experience helps you sell it, but it's not required.
Once approved, you'll get access to the affiliate dashboard in your Client Portal. It shows every click, lead, conversion, and payout in real time.
